Rosemarie Montgomery completed her nurse practitioner training at Purdue University in 2003, after receiving her baccalaureate in nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University. She had been practicing as an otolaryngology nurse practitioner in a private practice in Indiana for 2 years before joining ENT Head and Neck Specialists. She became board certified in 2003.
