Dr. Restrepo earned his bachelor of arts and sciences in 1978 from Johns Hopkins University. His medical school training was completed at the University of Pennsylvania in 1982. His residency in otolaryngology-head and neck surgery was completed at the University of Pennsylvania in 1987. Dr. Restrepo became board certified in 1987.
